Ouch, Social Media can hurt.

By the time you need a social media band aid, it is too late. Consumers now control the conversation, and it is apparent that if your company does not provide an excellent customer experience, you will get shafted on social sites, review sites and even blogs. Oh,  and you thought social media was going to be easy. An afterthought maybe? What with the all  Tweeters, Facebookers, Linkedin (ers?), Google Plusers, and YouTubers who has he time to monitor and engage social marketing?

Make the time. Because this environment can do some damage, if you ignore it. Hundreds of millions of people regularly engage in the social ecosphere and when it comes to your brand, or product or company viral comments can spread faster than warm butter on hot bread.  Make sure that the conversations are trending positive, Create a strong social infrastructure and nurture it. Provide relevant value added content to your social marketing proprieties.
