Never Die Attitude!

Boy is this ever true. I don't think that many people know that a CSR does not often have the authority to say yes, EVER. I always ask to speak to someone else, and not to put the CSR down, but because this is how the game is played. If people are put off by the CSR saying NO, then the company does not have to offer anything better. If you play the game and go to someone higher up, you will get a good deal. For example, I wanted to quit my cell phone company recently and go back to another I used to use. When I could not be convinced by the CSR, they put me through to someone with even bigger guns. He offered me a deal that is almost unheard of (if you know anything at all about Canadian cell phone plans and companies, you will know that there really are very few deals). Part of the deal was to receive a $349 phone for $50 among other things. Just do not accept NO for an answer and see where the call goes next. It can be like Christmas all over again.

Time is an illusion established by lifelong conditioning. Time = thought. In its purest sense, our life is the eternal now. ..the only thing that matters. Clocks help us to get to where we`re supposed to be etc. but time in relation seeming to go faster at certain stages of life etc. are playthings of the mind.
